  Clean restaurant, a bit cramped and avoid at the busiest times as service does suffer when busy. Food is good quality and the staff are quick to rectify any mistakes. Pricing is the same as any other in the chain. No parking for this one unless you park in one of the main shopping carparks and walk for a few minutes.

  I'm posting this in regards to their operation at between 8-9pm.I usually come in at this time on my way home from work, and due to there being no other fast food chains open at this time choose them. My two main comments are that the staff there seem to be very depressed and serve me with a negative and please can you finish and go type attitude. My second comment would be that more than 60% of the time my fries come cold. I usually sit inside to eat my food and due to this time of day being quiet can see the normal operational goings on. I have observed that fries can be stood in the fry station for upto 20 minutes before being served. They can deny my review as much as they like but I have come time and time again each time with different staff but the same cold rubbery fries.

  Even though I still regularly use this Burger King I'm afraid the service can be quite poor. No fault of the normal staff but there never seems to be a decent manager leading the team which leaves the staff stranded at times having to deal with aggressive customers. Change of management will help improve overall experience as I've never had a problem with the food.
