  I love the fact you can learn and practice your snowboarding on the London doorstep. Don't expect the same experience as in the mountains, just go to have fun and appreciate something like this is available in the UK. If you like to go 200mph down the mountain this might not be a place for you. If you are willing to adjust to the size of the slope it is great. All instructors are friendly, hire equipment is fit for purpose.

  You can't been skiing on fresh, real snow!
  I learn to ski here a few years ago on the training slopes, and recently decided to come back here to home some more skills.
  
  The Snow Centre is very welcoming and friendly with a relaxed atmosphere. With a Snow and Rock store, holiday booking service, restaurant and bar there's plenty to do even if your not on the snow.
  
  Lessons are also available here for all different skill levels, with prices depending on the length of lesson and group size, but are very reasonable at around £50-70 for 2-3 hours.
  Don't worry if you don't have your own equipment, as ski's/boards, boots, helmets and poles are included in your ticket price, and you can pay around £8 to hire appropriate clothing and jackets too.
  
  It can get busy here so be prepared to ski on some hectic slopes, or alternatively ask the ticket office for quieter periods as there are some early morning and late at night during the weekdays.
  
  I would definitely recommend, if not just for the bar and it's food, but for the well maintained slopes and friendly environment.
